The Company acquired the status of a public joint stock company with registered capital in the nature of a capital market institution established to issue shares in order to operate a portfolio consisting of real estates, real estate projects, real estate based rights, capital market instruments and other assets and rights to be determined by the Capital Markets Board and may engage in other activities permitted by the capital markets legislation.
